Please be informed, that as of December 1, 2016 our Complaint Handling Policy will be amended. The reason for the change is the amendment of the telephone number of the National Bank of Hungary and the Department of Financial Consumer Protection of the National Bank of Hungary. Consequently, the  Complaint Handling Policy will be amended in connection with amended telephone number.

The amended Complaint Handling Policy are available at our office in our Announcement, and on our website www.ingwholesalebanking.hu In case of a framework contract defined in the Act LXXXV of 2009, you are deemed to have accepted the changes if you do not notify us that you do not accept them before the proposed date of their entry into force, moreover, you have the right to terminate the framework contract immediately and free of costs, fees and other payment obligations before the date of the proposed application of the changes.

Please be informed, that as of December 1, 2015 our General Terms and Conditions, Wholesale Banking Terms of Business for Investment Services and Complaint Handling Policy will be amended. The reason for the change is the amendment of the legislation (the entering into effect of certain amendments with regard to Act CCXXXVII of 2013 on the credit institutions and financial enterprises and Act CXXXVIII of 2007 on Investment Firms andCommodity Dealers, and on the Regulations Governing their Activities, which provide with modified the rules on complaint handling, with the remark, that latter Act was also  supplemented with provisions on the reports to be provided in connection with the provision of investment services). Consequently, the stipulations concerning complaint handling in both GTC’s and the Complaint Handling Policy will be amended as well, further in order to comply with the applicable law the provisions of theCommercial Banking Terms of Business for Investment Services will also be amended in connection with Reports to be sent to the Clients.  The amended GTC’s and Complaint Handling Policy are available at our office in our Announcement, and on our website www.ingwholesalebanking.hu. Please be informed, that as of February 15, 2014 our General Terms and Conditions, Wholesale Banking Terms of Business for Investment Services and Complaint Handling Policy will be amended. The reason for the change is the amendment of the rule of law, tax regulations (the entering into effect of the Act CCXXXVII of 2013 on the credit institutions and financial enterprises and Decree of the National Bank of Hungary No. 40/2013. (XII. 29.) amending the rules of complaint handling, and the Act CXXXIX of 2013 on the National Bank of Hungary). Consequently, the stipulations concerning complaint handling, supervisory authority and the Client Service in both GTC and the Complaint Handling Policy will be changed as well. The amended GTC’s and Complaint Handling Policy are available at our office in our Announcement, and on our website www.ingwholesalebanking.hu.
